中等职业教育财政投入现状分析与对策研究——以河北省为例

文章通过发放调查问卷，归纳、整理“十二五”期间的财务会计报表对河北省中等职业教育财政投入状况进行了分析，揭示了存在的主要问题，提出了改进中等职业教育财政投入机制的对策和建议。     

“一带一路”倡议下大学国际化发展问题研究——基于云南省中外合作办学现状的考察

在"一带一路"倡议下，云南省近年来与南亚、东南亚国家之间的教育合作不断加强，取得了可喜的成绩。基于云南省与南亚、东南亚国家的中外合作办学数据，考察云南省中外合作办学现状，发现云南省中外合作办学还存在留学生生源面窄且学历层次低、中外合作办学规模小且办学层次不高、联合科学研究产出能力较弱等问题。因此，应从国家层面、当地政府层面、大学层面分别采取相应措施，大力促进大学国际化发展，完善大学国际化的体制机制与法律监管，搭建更多国际合作平台。当地政府应加强大学国际化的统筹规划、综合协调和宏观管理，省域大学应加大国际化保障条件的建设力度。     

新中国成立以来中国共产党对十月革命的纪念与政治话语的建构

新中国成立以来,中国共产党因国家和社会现实需要,不同时期对十月革命的纪念与阐释呈现出不同的主题.社会主义革命与建设时期,中国共产党借十月革命表达了在社会主义建设、中苏关系协调、社会主义阵营的团结和世界和平的维护方面的政治诉求.改革开放后,十月革命的纪念又为中国特色社会主义道路的探索建构起双向话语支撑,既明确了中国改革的政治方向,又建构了中国特色的社会主义话语.中国共产党对十月革命的纪念与阐释呈现出反对历史虚无主义、坚持服务现实、彰显主体意识的鲜明特点.中国特色社会主义道路不仅仅是对十月革命道路的坚持和继承,更是在新的时代条件下以中国为本位对这一道路的发展与创新.站在新的历史方位,中国共产党强调应坚定不移走中国特色社会主义道路.     

以休闲体育理念为导向的大学体育课程改革与探索——以河北工程大学为例

概述了我国普通高校大学体育课程的发展现状，休闲体育健身理念引入大学体育课程的必要性和必然性。对休闲体育的健身理念进行了整理，探讨了这一新的健身理念引入大学体育课程的有效途径，对休闲体育健身理念引入大学体育课程的结果进行了预测。     

Why do newcomers vote for a newcomer? Support for an immigrant party

This article studies the voters of DENK, the first immigrant party to gain seats in a national parliament. It builds further on the existing literature on how immigrants and people from immigrant descent vote in Western European countries. From the literature we derive seven expectations about the kind of voters that are likely to vote for an immigrant party in terms of their political cynicism, attitudes towards economic, globalisation and moral issues. We find that DENK voters are younger Muslims, who have conservative views on moral matters, cynical attitudes towards politics, right-wing views on economic matters and progressive views on issues that pertain to the globalisation dimension, such as immigration, integration and Islam and in particular discrimination. This article uses VAA data to construct a matched sample that in terms of key variables is representative for voters with and without a migration background.     

微信：结群革命与现代生存

在人类的文化基因中，没有任何的人群能够摆脱结群这一人文进程。在现代社会里，人们结群而居的传统方式已经成为往事，居住的结群让我们“分布”到社区里，而原来结群具有的许多功能被碎片化到城市的各种馆站机构中。在结群方式上，微信群又提供了一种结群的革命方式。微信结群基本的群特征有：交流信息是微信群的第一功能，传播专业知识是微信群的第二功能；表达对于事物的意见和看法是微信的第三功能。微信结群在工业化的现代社会，也像城市里的各种馆站，碎片化地呈现了以前结群中的不同功能，把以前的结群中群体聚居分散在各种各样的结群中。这种结群一方面弥补了我们社区聚居中的缺陷，是一种结群革命，但它却进一步强化了社会陌生化的程度。     

The triggers of local and distant search: Relative magnitude and persistence in explaining acquisition relatedness

Research on problemistic search has assumed negative attainment discrepancy to be the trigger of both local and distant search. Extending this research, we present and compare two additional triggers: (1) relative attainment discrepancy, which reflects how much a firm's attainment discrepancy deviates from its past negative attainment discrepancies; and (2) persistent attainment discrepancy, which reflects how often the firm experiences below-aspirations performance. Our triggers for distant search model a behavioral explanation for the timing and relatedness of acquisitions. We find support for baseline arguments of problemistic search whereby firms increase both industry- and skill-related acquisitions when they perform below aspirations. When they persistently perform below aspirations, however, this likelihood is reduced and firms engage in acquisitions that are more unrelated, thereby providing support for the notion of expanding search boundaries from local to distant search. Of the two triggers of distant search proposed, relative attainment discrepancy does not induce firms to expand search boundaries. Our results indicate that persistent attainment discrepancy is a key construct to consider when studying the expansion of search boundaries.     

Latin American convergence and divergence towards the mortality profiles of developed countries

It is uncertain whether Latin America and Caribbean (LAC) countries are approaching a single mortality regime. Over the last three decades, LAC has experienced major public health interventions and the highest number of homicides in the world. However, these interventions and homicide rates are not evenly shared across countries. This study documents trends in life expectancy and lifespan variability for 20 LAC countries, 2000–14. By extending a previous method, we decompose differences in lifespan variability between LAC and a developed world benchmark into cause-specific effects. For both sexes, dispersion of amenable diseases through the age span makes the largest contribution to the gap between LAC and the benchmark. Additionally, for males, the concentration of homicides, accidents, and suicides in mid-life further impedes mortality convergence. Great disparity exists in the region: while some countries are rapidly approaching the developed regime, others remain far behind and suffer a clear disadvantage in population health.     

居民养老保险:参保主体、筹资与待遇水平

本文从参保结构、筹资水平和待遇水平等3个方面对城乡居民养老保险制度进行了分析。研究发现,在参保结构方面,伴随着城镇化率的提高,居民养老保险参保人数的相对比例在下降;在筹资水平方面,个人缴费水平过低,其主要原因是财政补贴资金激励性不足,从而需要在进一步提高财政补贴的同时,优化补贴结构,提高对个人缴费的激励作用;在待遇方面,居民养老金总体水平较低、但增长幅度较大,与职工待遇相比,替代率的差距要远远小于绝对额的差距。     

Correlation properties of continuous-time autoregressive processes delayed by the inverse of the stable subordinator

Abstract

We define the delayed Lévy-driven continuous-time autoregressive process via the inverse of the stable subordinator. We derive correlation structure for the observed non-stationary delayed Lévy-driven continuous-time autoregressive processes of order p, emphasizing low orders, and we show they exhibit long-range dependence property. Distributional properties are discussed as well.
